I am a wife, mother to 3 beautiful children and 7 grandchildren. I was born in California but have lived in Oklahoma for the past 30 years. It seems like I have always baked, beginning when I was about 8. I didn’t start getting serious about doing cakes, cupcakes, cookies and other treats for other than family until about five years ago. I took Wilton classes at our local Hobby Lobby and then got into buying Craftsy classes and watching YouTube.
I currently have a day job and bake when not at the day job. All my customers have been by word of mouth. I am so grateful to Sharon Zambito and her videos and to this SugarEd Members Group for the support and encouragement I have received.
Oreo Cookie Cake
1 box white cake mix
4 eggs
2/3 cup melted butter
1 cup milk
15 crushed Oreos.
Mix together all the ingredients minus the Oreos. Mix for 2 minutes. Add the Oreos and mix until just blended. Bake in a 350 oven. Time varies on whether you do cupcakes or two - 8” layer cakes.
