My name is Susan O'Toole. I am a medical assistant by week and a hobby baker on my weekends. I started out caking when I decided to make a doll cake for my daughter's 1st birthday and 13 years later I am still baking and obsessing about cakes. I taught the Wilton Method for a time.  After getting burnt out of trying to make a business of selling custom cakes I took about 5 years off from baking but recently returned with a vengeance. This time strictly as a hobby and as a result I found my happy again. I recently baked a donation cake for a little boy with cancer and it was the best experience of my caking life.
