9) Are my payment details secure?

10) Can I pay for my membership with Paypal?

Yes you can! If you wish to use Paypal for your subscription, please email support@sugaredproductions.com and we will take care of you.

11) What kind of internet connection do I need?

This site is optimized to work over basic DSL connection (high speed internet, with or without wi-fi access) with Internet Explorer, Google Chrome and Firefox Browsers, and will also work with your phone or tablet.

If you have a slower internet connection, you can still view the videos by allowing them to fully load within your browser before you hit play.

12) Will the videos play on my phone and tablet?

Absolutely. Our videos will play with any standard browser on both PC's and Macs, as well as most mobile devices, whether a phone or tablet. You can enjoy our total archive of full-length, professionally produced educational videos anytime, anywhere you like.

13) Why should I pay for a membership when there are free tutorials online?

We know that there are some great free tutorials out there. We’ve watched bunches of them ourselves! If you’ve ever seen a SugarEd DVD, or seen Sharon demonstrate a technique, you know what sets us apart: meticulous attention to detail, professional production, great close-ups and camera angles, and Sharon’s own unique style. Sharon’s exclusive tutorials are carefully edited to make sure you don’t miss a step, and her warm and engaging style make it all so easy. Plus we are always here to help you with any problems or questions you may have.

And the SugarEd community is about so much more than videos. It’s truly your one-stop place for all things cakey. You could visit dozens of different sites like Facebook and Youtube looking for information, then spend a lot of time weeding through it all, only to be disappointed by the quality of the content - or come to SugarEd where all the information is in one place, clearly presented, researched and overseen by professionals who hold your best learning experience as their top priority.

14) I am having trouble playing the videos....

Our videos should play on any device using just about any browser. But in case you encounter any problems, here are some troubleshooting tips:

Try switching your browser and make sure that the latest version is installed.
Update to latest version of Flash player.
Close other browsers, programs or applications that may be using the computer's resources.
Disable ad blocking software.
Refreshing the page or clearing your cache may help.
Reboot your computer and modem.
Try using another device to help narrow down the source of the problem. (Device/browser vs internet connection.)
If you have a slow or busy Internet connection:
- Turn the HD button off in the video player.
- Play the video on the smaller screen.
- Watch during a time of the day when your Internet network is less busy with traffic.

15) I forgot my password....

If you have lost or forgotten your password, just click the "forgot your password?" link in the sign-up box on the top right hand corner of all pages. We will send a link to the email address that you provided, with instructions to reset your password. You can also always email support@sugaredproductions.com at any time if you need help.

16) Do you give refunds?

We do not offer refunds on membership subscriptions. You can cancel at any time: your membership will stay active through your account's expiration date, at which time it will not be renewed. Full details can be found in our Terms Of Service.
