We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

Please contact our customer service department at  info@sugaredproductions.com before returning any merchandise.  Only sealed, unopened and  unused merchandise in its original packaging will be accepted.
 
DVDs are not returnable, exchangeable  nor refundable. Only defective discs will be replaced once returned to us.

Damaged Items


We package  orders with great care. However, sometimes damage does occur in transit. For damaged goods claim, contact our customer service department at info@sugaredproductions.com within 3 days of receipt of product. 



Returned Orders Due to Incorrect Address


If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address given by the customer at the time of ordering, we will re-ship the order at the customers expense.
